Lord Hain, Sir Paul Silk and the Rt Hon Gisela Stuart, all members of the Constitution Reform Group Steering Committee, will be speaking at Aberystwyth University about the Act of Union Bill 2018 and the Group’s proposals on Thursday 24 October 2019.
